It is common for hair to become white. But if this happens before age, then this thing in itself is a matter of concern. The same if you are also young and your hair is turning white.

If there is deficiency of Vitamin B12, C and E in the body, then the hair also becomes white. In such a situation, it is very important to include vitamins in your diet. The same problem also occurs due to genetic reasons. If your parents' hair was white at a young age, then there is a chance that your hair is also white.

Talk about those people who like to drink junk food and cigarette. Melanin is reduced in their body. Due to which their hair becomes white at a very young age. Also, if you do not take balance diet, if your food is very deficient in nutrients, then your hair will turn white.


Often the hair begins to turn white from age 40-45. But now-a-days we are seeing, around 20 years of age, the hair of young people starts getting gray.

There is a special cell in the skin (root) of our hair. Whose name is MELANOCYTES . They make black color in our skin and hair. They make black color in our skin and hair. The darker the color of our skin becomes. Your CHROMOSOME determines the dark color of our skin. Those who have more color in their skin have darker color, and those whose skin makes less color, their color becomes blond.
The cells that make these colors are very delicate. And if there is any kind of difficulty in our body, there is a hindrance in creating color in these cells.

Examples.
 Stress or Tension, prolonged illness (Typhoid, malaria, Diabetes, Asthma, Kidney or Liver Diseases).  There are some reasons which are medically knowledgeable reasons. Due to which the hair starts to turn white.

1.   Our CHROMOSOME
In anyone's entire house, the hair of all the people is quickly white. Their hair will also turn white there.
2. Lack of Vitamin B12 and Vitamin B5 in our body.
3. Hair starts to turn white even due to lack of blood in the body.
4. The balance of hormones in our body. Which often results in a stressful situation.
5. Excess of THYROID and HORMONSE in the body. Which is going to happen a lot in young people these days.
6. Pregnancy in women
7. At the time of MENOPAUSE, when HORMONES become more active. Than their hair starts turning white.
People have started using things like Coffee, Alcohol, Cigarette, Drugs to reduce stress. Therefore, all these people have a mixed responsibility in the early white hair. By the way, once the hair is white, it is not easy for the hair to turn black again. Nevertheless, we can do some treatment which can stop the hair becoming white.

1. First of all, keep your body clean, those who have short hair, wash their hair daily with shampoo and those who have long hair. They leave one day and wash their hair with shampoo and keep the hair clean.
2 Eat natural and Nutritious food, eat more of the food at home.
3. Eat junk food and things with too much sugar and cream sparingly.
4. Eating too much salt in food also causes hair to ripen.
5. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day so that the dirt accumulated in the body can come out.
6. Minimize the intake of  Alcohol, Cigarette and Coffee.
7. Walk and exercise in open air daily and do not remain in Tension. Exercise increases Blood flow. Which not only clears the dirt on the skin, In fact, Nutrition in hair also reaches well.
8. Multivitamin tablets containing Iron, Manganese, Copper and Zinc Taking 2-3 months can stop hair graying. You can do this course once a year.
9. Taking Vitamin B12 and B complex tablets is also beneficial for 2-3 months.
Especially those people who are vegetarian. Because Vitamin B12 is found only in Eggs, Fish, Meat, Milk, Butter, Ghee. These Vitamins are not found in Fruits and Vegetables. Therefore, if you take one tablet of Vitamin 2 times a week, then there is a lot of hindrance in the hair of those vegetarians who are white.

With all these things you can also do some home remedies.

1. Mix 3 spoon coconut oil and 1 spoon lemon in it and massage it lightly. After 30 minutes, wash it thoroughly with lukewarm water. And then shampoo it. You can do this 2 times a week.
2. Massage the desi ghee with a little heat and then wash it with shampoo.
